For a down payment of £1000 I secured a property in the Dominican Republic with a loan to complete the remaining 30%. The developer deposits my account every month to cover the loan and in over two years they have made every payment early and without fuss. You get a statement every couple of months and the staff are friendly, easy reachable and above all very professional.

The whole purchasing process was explained clearly and without fuss by Chris and his team. The communication throughout was superb and the after sales support much appreciated and valued. The increase in value on the property in over two years is the icing on the cake!
